Product description

TP® BLOCK is a new generation orthopedic hoof block entirely in polyurethane, a highly abrasion-resistant material (gratings cement, full cement, rubber, bedding) and flexible for excellent comfort during the walk.

The innovative patent exceeds and affirms new technical concepts to improve the animal walking welfare and offer an unmatched grip and comfort compared with traditionnal wooden blocks or simple rubber.

It contributes to the healing of the treated part and at the correction of lameless coming from podal disorders with immediate effect on locomotion static and dynamic balance of the animal.

TP® BLOCK reduces significantly the pain and stress resulting from inflammation, necrosis and other pathological processes.

Resistance and grip

The blocks's wear is insignificant and after three weeks the thickness remains unchanged, even when it is in contact with the most abrasive and hard surfaces. Instead of traditional wooden block, is unnecessary to increase the thickness of the block to keep all benefits for cow locomotion.

It ensures at the animal a superior support sensitivity and adhesion. Even on wet or slippery surfaces, the bovine maintains a perfect grip on the ground unreachable with normals wooden or rubber blocks.

Handling

TP® BLOCK can be applied with all polyurethane adhesives in commerce.

The small cylindrical ridges maintain a constant distance from the surface of hoof, allowing best adhesion performance.

The thickness of glue remains uniform functioning also in case of sudden movements of the animal or excessive pressure of the operator.

TP® BLOCK is symmetrical and, after application of the glue, can be positioned indifferently on the left or right hooves, internal or external. If the adhesive is laid by mistake on the wrong face, you just need to rotate the block at 180 degrees and proceed with the application.

Dimensions

TP® BLOCK is longer than a normal wooden block, covering the heel and provides an excellent support to the foot by reducing strains on the flexor tendons.

Also it is easily ajustable with a pince or grinder to give it the desired shape and /or angle.
